After 25+ Yrs, Still Creating Phenomenal Affairs
Our business began back in 1994, as "Treasured Moments" Bridal Crafts and Gifts. Treasured Moments was a handcrafted bridal crafts business. Creating unique wedding related products customized for each bride.

In 2003, the business evolved and began to offer a host of services such as: event planning and rental décor, stationary, handcrafted silk florals, hospitality serving and entertainment (for weddings/receptions), churches, private parties and small corporate events. The name was officially changed to Phenomenal Affairs of Kansas City.
After 14-years of business, Phenomenal Affairs was restructured and closed for reorganization in 2008. It was decided then PA of KC needed to offer a new, fresh product/service and prospective to today's evolving event clientele. It had always been Ms. Randolph's dream to offer a luxury brand product and service line in place of generic youth and adult event planning in the Kansas City market and this was the time to launch that brand series.

In 2013, PA Luxe Group was born and would seek to service clients seeking to experience luxury-based soirees - Specializing in theme-based luxury micro-events and offering event rentals and grandeur floral designs. While Ms. Randolph took time to curate this new business, the unofficial launch did not occur until spring of 2023 piloting 'By Invitation Only, Ladies Night Out' and in late fall 2026 for PA Luxe Touches, PA Luxe Group housing affiliates - PA Luxe Touches, PA Luxe Florals - Secret Garden, and By Invitation Only, Ladies Night Out will officially launch in November 2026 with our newest theme The Taste of Tuscany Paint & Sip/ Wine Tasting Event. Join us also for our sponsorship Women's Health and Wellness Awareness Events (for women with Diabetes, Breast Cancer, Dementia, ADHD and Caring for Women as Caregivers) in partnership with Exclusively for Today's Lady - The Women's Holistic Nexus! While she is not "exactly" a fairy Godmother, she could easily be recognized as one of Kansas Cities premiere Luxury Event Stylist and Phenomenally Talented Creative Directors!
